BWS923 network identification switch

After the room card is inserted into BWS923 networking identification switch, the switch will first test whether the card is legal or not. Only by passing the test will the power be connected to the room and control unit of the guest control system be started. The management computer shows that the room is “already rent”, and displays the cardholder’s identity. When guests are to leave, take off the card and the power will be cut off 20 seconds later so that guests can leave calmly This humanized design ensures guests’ safety and improves energy saving.  

     Main functions

1.Identification function----When different types of card are inserted into the switch, the management computer instantly shows different identities, such as a guest, a service staff or an administrative staff;

2.Room number reorganization function--- Unless the card number is in line with the room number, the electricity will be connected ,otherwise will not;

3.Time limit function-When room card is timeout, the power will be cut off automatically (this function can be set up at owner’s option);

4.Management system is able to automatically modifies the room status according to the type of the card. If a guest card is inserted, the system will show the room "already rented "; If a waiter card is inserted and the service switch is pressed, the system will show “the room service request has been cancelled”; If a management card is inserted, the system will display "making rounds”.

5.The power will be automatically cut off within 20 seconds after the room card is taken off but the refrigerator, battery chargers and air conditioners, etc.will keep on working.  After the guest card is pulled out, the letters “NO DISTURB” will be cancelled automatically, if, however, the room needs cleaning, the system will show the room is "nobody but rented".

6.The shell is made of flame-retardant materials so there is little possibilities of fire hazards.

7.Easy to install---Type 86 standard power box, embed a superoxide five communication line.
