Important presentments

1)    Before parameter programming of the electronic lock, please take care to read operation instruction. The parameter programming can only be conducted on condition that door is opened.

2)    In operation, it is not permitted to carry out next operation until the indication on screen disappears.

3)    In parameter programming, Key “#” indicates confirmation, and “*” cancel.  

A.    initialization when electrified

1.    When electrifying the system for the first time, initial password value is “1234” for guest password and “000000” for master password, with initial time year 00, month 01, date 01, hour 00 and minute 00.

       2.    Display screen will automatically scan after electrification before entering into standby state.

       3.    In standby state, the system is in the state of energy saving, without display.

4.    In case of power-down, no password and door opened record will be lost, but time and the time should be readjusted after re-electrified. 

B.    The setup of guest password

In the case of door opened, close the door and directly input the password  of 3~6 digits self-set by guest, before pressing “#”, screen displaying “CLOSE”, buzzer sounding simultaneously and motor revolving to automatically lock the door up, when the door is in place, screen redisplays the new password  for 1 second. In case of any obstruction, the door will not be in place but back automatically, so re-operation is required. E.g. input password  “111111”, →pressing the key “#” →displaying” CLOSE” →door will be automatically locked up before redisplaying “111111” (i.e., personal password  is “111111”). 

C.    Door opening operation with guest password:

1.    In the case of door closed, directly input the self-set password of 3~6 digit, and the system will confirm automatically.

2.    If the password is correct, “OPENED” will display and buzzer sound, and the motor revolving to open the door.

3.    In the case of wrong password , “ERROR” will display, the buzzer continuously sound, indicating error, here, you can press the key “↓” for cancellation before input password again.

4.    In the case of wrong password input 4 times, the system will automatically lock up keyboard and not permit any operation, at the same time, displaying “HOLD XX” indicating no any operation will be permitted in “XX” minutes. (Ex store set is 15 minutes).

       Screen displays “HOLD15” →“HOLD14” ···“HOLD1”, before the lock will be released, turning into standby state. In the 15 minutes of locked state, hand held unit can be used to get the lock released and the coffer opened.

5.    Eliminating function: in the course of password input, press the key “↓” once, the password input can be eliminated.

6.    In the case of uncompleted input, no any key is pressed in 10 seconds; it will get out of input state and back to standby state.

7.    The record opening the door by correct password input will be saved, keeping the updated 100 items of the record. 

D.    Opening door by master password:

In the case of door closed, press the key “↓” twice, “super” will display before inputting master password  of 6 digit, (no number displayed but replaced by “-”), the system will automatically confirm it and open the door.  

E.    Revision of master password  

In the case of door opened

l         Continuously and rapidly input “*” twice, “-PROG-“ will display on screen;

l         Input “185015”, before pressing “#”, “NEW” will display;

l         Input new master password  of 6 digits + “#”, “AGAIN” will display;

l         Input new master password + “#” again, “GOOD” will display, indicating the revision succeeds.

Remarks: It is a must to double click the key “#” before using master password to open the lock, then “SUPER” will display on screen

F.    Clock setting  

       In the case of door opened

  a)    Double click the key “*"

 b)    Input function password 501508 + “#”, “-date-“will display on screen

c)    When the “-date-“disappears, current date will display on screen. The sparkling numerals indicate the digit being set at present, before inputting new date with the format: yymmdd, of which “yy” indicating year, “mm” month and “dd” date.

d)    Press key “#” for accessing to the second screen, the current time will display on screen. The sparkling numerals indicate the digit being set at present, before inputting new time with the format: hhmmss, of which, “hh” indicating hour, “mm” minute and “ss” second.

  e)    Press “#”, “-good-“will display on screen, the clock setting is completed. 

Remarks: When cursor hits “#” at any place on the first screen, the second screen will be shown and the current settings on the first screen confirmed; and that when cursor hits “#” at any place on the second screen, “GOOD” will be shown on the screen and the current settings on the second screen confirmed before quitting the operation. After the new clock setting, all previous unlocked records will be eliminated! 

G.    Password reset

Open the back cover of the coffer, short connecting, with metal piece, the MST two cores socket on mainboard, “OPENED” will display on screen, before pressing the key “#”, “RESET” will be shown on screen, here, the master password and string password will be recovered to 000000 and 0000 separately.
